Our Software
The software that we use is called Groomore and it has its own separate number. Either way, we will still recieve your messages. In order to get you set up on our roster, Groomore requires a client profile with the following information:First and Last NamePhone NumberEmail AddressHome AddressPreferred days and times for appointmentsFurbaby NameBreedWeightAgeDispositionAny Skin or Medical Conditions we should be aware of?Preferred vet in case of emergencies? Response Time
Our policy has a 12 hour response time, but we aim to respond within the hour that a message was last recieved. 🙂 We may be in the middle of an appointment at the time of your message; You may have better luck with texting us for a quicker response.
