The software that we use is called Groomore and it has its own separate number. Either way, we will still recieve your messages. In order to get you set up on our roster, Groomore requires a client profile with the following information:
First and Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Home Address
Preferred days and times for appointments
Furbaby Name
Breed
Weight
Age
Disposition
Any Skin or Medical Conditions we should be aware of?
Preferred vet in case of emergencies?
Once we have the following information, which you can text or email us, we can get an appointment set up for you. Groomore will send out 2 links, one is a link to our grooming release and the other is a link to upload a photo of your furbaby’s current rabies vaccine.
Without a signed grooming release and proof of current rabies vaccine, we will be forced to either reschedule or cancel your appointment.
