Established on October 9th, 2022, I built my company from scratch after attending college, during the covid-19 pandemic. I had graduated from college with a degree in IT-Mobile Applications Technology and another degree in IT-Front End Development Technology. But guess what?
I hated working with technology. It didn’t fill the void that had developed.
But it certainly helped with my overhead costs on advertising, since that meant that I could build my own website and handle my own marketing.
My love of animals and my fear for my children’s futures helped fuel the birth of my business. I’ve been taking things slow and watching my business grow with the faith and support of my clients to back me up. I have not looked back ever since and worked even harder at maintaining my business. I’ve never been happier!
I’ve had collectively 20 years of experience working with animals of all sorts including dogs, cats, birds, chinchillas, rabbits, bearded dragons, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rats. I believe that having a lot of exposure to all sorts of animals at such a young age has helped guide my interests in caring for animals.
I got to meet SO. MANY. FURBABIES!
I mentored under Katie at Scissors’n’Suds in Fall River, WI. She showed me what it was like in the shop. Some dogs loved being at the shop. Others? Not so much. I loved being one-on-one with the animals I worked with in my own in-home setting. In the shop, it was faster-paced and a tad stressful. Being one-on-one, I found that the animals were more cooperative, especially in their own environment.
A few years later…
My business finally grew to the point where I now have an amazing team to help expand throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Meet the team:
